The Uncalled For are little known garage/psych band from Manchester, Tennessee. Their only 45 release was 1967's 'Do Like Me', with 'Get Out Of The Way' as the flip. Too bad, because I think they're brill!
These boys are still playing. In fact, they're playing Bonnaroo...which my broke arse doesn't have tickets for...on the 10th of this month. No fair.
Such a fan of garage rock... and this one from our own state, no less! I love the name and the clothes. And the weird handstand position photo shoot. How cool is it that they're still together?!
