If it hadn't been for Muddy Waters, we may never have had The Rolling Stones. No really, my darlings, they might have ended up being called 'Mickey's Bits' or 'Keef and the....well, I don't know whats'. Anyway, the British blues sound of the 1960's may never have happened without the great man's influence. In the early '70s, he flew to London to record with a gaggle of British blues/rock icons.
